Automatic Smoke Curtain

Automatic Smoke Curtain

Control the spread of smoke within a building during the fire by creating compartments that aid in maintaining clear evacuation routes and visibility. The furnace is tested in line with regional and international standards and designed for active or static applications. It is typically used in conjunction with the SHEVS (Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilation System) package for smoke management.

The following video is showing “ Automatic Smoke Curtains”

Automatic Smoke Curtains assist the management of smoke in a building, channelising the movement of smoke to smoke extraction points in the building.

The curtains remain virtually invisible in their retracted position within the compact head-box. When signalled by a local detector or fire alarm system, the curtain descends to the operational level using the gravity fail safe system.
