For LAU – Lebanese American University in Byblos, TechnoShade delivered a highly customized installation of 320 motorized roller shades, all integrated with the advanced SolarTrac control system.

The solution was engineered to address complex architectural requirements, with 60% of the shades designed in trapezoidal, triangular, or sloping forms, ensuring a perfect fit within the building’s unique geometry. Despite these challenges, the system maintains seamless performance, providing precise daylight and glare control across classrooms, lecture halls, and common areas.

Powered by SolarTrac, the motorized shades automatically adjust based on sun position and light intensity, optimizing indoor comfort while enhancing energy efficiency by reducing solar heat gain. This intelligent automation minimizes manual intervention and ensures consistent environmental conditions throughout the day.
